Lorien S. Johnson
Lorien S. Johnson, an AV-rated attorney, has practiced in Tampa for 19 years. In 2020, she was selected for inclusion to the Florida Super Lawyers list. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state were selected for inclusion. Ms. Johnson was, also, recently recognized in the 2020 edition of Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite™. The list of 1,071 honorees represents just over 1% of the active Florida Bar members. Before finding her home in the estate planning and probate practice, Ms. Johnson worked in commercial litigation at several firms and represented the Hillsborough County Purchasing Department while working at the County Attorney’s office.
A native of Louisiana and a Florida resident since 1988, Ms. Johnson graduated from University of Florida Levin College of Law with Honors in 1994 and from Tulane University cum laude in 1988 where she served as President of the student body.
Ms. Johnson has extensive volunteer experience including serving as President of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Tampa. She has been active with both of her children’s schools and scout organizations.
Ms. Johnson is a proud member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, in which she serves as an ambassador, and the Working Women of Tampa Bay. She is active in several legal organizations and Partners In Network (PIN).
