David Toback is truly one of the most caring and diligent attorneys I have met. David has helped my family and me through the tough times of preparing all the legal documents needed when my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. David was available to my entire family for questions and concerns no matter how small, whenever we called. David has the wisdom and foresight to see beyond the legal documents needed and, in some circumstances, required. I would never had known that adding me as a signatory on my father’s checking account would prove to be so useful, but David did. David Toback gave my father a good sense of security knowing that all his affairs and wishes were clearly taken care of, leaving the rest of the family with little or no concerns.

David has continued to advise my family and me in establishing two new business’ and all the trials and tribulations that accompany. David’s depth of knowledge has successfully guided me through the business plan development to the legal formation of the business entities.
